First week overnight campers, should report to check in starting Sunday, July 15 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at the OMAC. Facing North, this building is located in the athletic complex at the far right corner of the parking lot. Upon arrival you will receive your access card and room key.
Second week overnight campers, should report to check in starting Sunday, July 22 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at the OMAC. Facing North, this building is located at the athletic complex, at the far right corner of the parking lot. Upon arrival you will receive your access card and room key.
All over night campers will be staying at Morris Hall located at 204 Meeting Street. Returning fencers, please notice that the dorms are located at the same building as last year. The dormitory is not air conditioned.
Very Important
Brown University will collect a $75.00 check, or credit card verification, from each camper as a key deposit. When you return the key at the end of camp, the check will be either returned or shredded. No camper will receive a dorm room key without a deposit
Check-out Days, Time and Place
Check out times for both Friday July 20 and Friday July 27 from 12:00 noon to 2:00pm.You must remove all of your belongings from the room before returning your room key. Then, you will take the room key to the Morris Arch which is located adjacent to the dorm.
Commuter Campers
Commuter campers attending the first and/or second sessions should check in on July 15 and/or July 22 from 12:00pm-2:00pm at the Olney Margolies Athletic Center (OMAC) located at 235 Hope Street Providence, RI 02912 on the corner of Bowen Street for orientation and the first practice session. Daily sessions will be held from 9:00am to 6:00pm
